Help us shape our 2027 Lunch & Learn programme

Every month since March, we’ve hosted a free Lunch & Learn webinar on the subject of “How to buy BNG at the right price”.

Up to 126 people have joined each session, including developers, planning consultants, ecologists, landowners and even Defra themselves, to hear what’s happening in the BNG market and put their questions to our team.

What we’ve covered so far

The sessions have focused on the practical side of buying BNG units at the best price:

• Our simple 6-stage buying process, from first enquiry to securing units - built from over 300 successful BNG transactions since 2024

• How to buy at the right price, using data from our quarterly BNG Pricing Reports

• Market insights: supply, demand and pricing across England

• The rules, and how recent changes affect your project

• Live Q&A, where attendees bring their own questions

And everybody that attends receives a CPD certificate!

Now we want your input

As we head into 2027, we want to freshen up the topics and format.

We have found that attendee’s questions have been the most vibrant part of each Lunch & Learn. They shaped every session so far, and we’d like the next series to be built around what you want to know.

We’d like to hear:

• Which BNG topics you want us to cover

• Guest speakers you’d like to hear from, such as a local authority officer, an ecologist or a habitat bank supplier

• Formats that would suit you better, such as shorter sessions, case-study walk-throughs or a regional focus

• Questions you still haven’t had answered
