We have appointed Will Moore as a new Commercial Director - following our strongest year of growth since launching in 2023. 

In 2025 we delivered more biodiversity unit allocations than any other broker in the market, while successfully managing increasingly complex deals, involving multiple habitat suppliers.

Moore brings many years of commercial leadership roles, scaling businesses in emerging industries. He will focus on driving our growth, building the team and accelerating transactions through the greater use of technology and AI.

His appointment comes alongside new hires in sales and operations, reflecting our confidence in the future.

Right now we work with over 85% of available habitat bank supply across England. That network means our clients get comprehensive national coverage, competitive pricing options, and access to rare habitat types - all through one point of contact instead of managing multiple supplier relationships.
