Liz Everett joins us as Partnerships Director

We've made another senior hire - and are pleased to welcome Liz Everett to Biodiversity Units UK as Partnerships Director.

Liz joins from The Casey Group, where she was Head of Partnerships, leading business development and marketing across social housing and local authority contracts. She brings a strong track record of building relationships in complex, regulated sectors.

Her role with is to grow our client and adviser base, and to help organisations navigate a BNG market that is still developing fast. That means working closely with developers, planners and consultants to reduce complexity, overcome the practical challenges that come with every project, and find commercially workable routes to compliance.

Liz's appointment follows that of William Moore as Commercial Director, and completes the management team we set out to build this year. The team has now grown from seven to fifteen people in six months - a reflection of how quickly demand is growing across the market.

Ian Hambleton, our founder, said: "BNG is new, complex and evolving, so we need to have the best possible people to help that market work. Our total focus is on helping developers secure the units they need, while making sure habitat banks can deliver genuine, long-term ecological restoration. With Liz leading our partnerships work alongside William on the commercial side, we're well placed to serve every part of this market."

Our clients include some of the UK's most active developers: Galliford Try, Taylor Wimpey, Crest Nicholson, Keepmoat and others. They need people who understand the market and can move quickly, and we're ready.

What’s more, our supplier network currently covers 85% of the UK's habitat banks and continues to grow. If you'd like to talk to us about your BNG requirements, get in touch at info@biodiversityunits.com
